The Service

Our Sales Engineer will visit your site and discuss the details of the system and listen to the issues you have. He will then look at the layout of your forecourt and design a cost effective layout for the cameras to ensure there are no gaps in coverage.

Once you have agreed and enrolled into the system, we will proceed to install the various items of hardware. We will keep disruption to a minimum and you will be able to trade fully whilst the installation takes place.

The engineers will then get the system working locally and you will be able to see the potential benefits immediately.

Once the broadband connection is established, our engineers will be able to remotely log into the system and link it to the pay for fuel data centre. When this is complete, an initial download will be done to your system and that is it, you're up and running.

What's needed from you?

The only requirement from you is to provide a broadband line so we can connect to your system.

In the event of a Drive off

- All number plates received on entrance
- Driven off without payment of goods
- Details added to the system
- Details sent automatically to all other sites in scheme (system alarms)
- No more fuel/goods permitted within the scheme area
